The Apartment

The Whales View Apartment is a newly built 2 Bedroom Apartment on the second floor with 1 Bathroom. The balcony in the main bedroom and lounge will give you a stunning view of the river, lagoon and ocean as well as a stunning sunrise over the mountains. For rainy days the undercover balcony adds valuable space to the property. Both the bedrooms are furnished with King Size beds and each King Size bed can easily be changed to two single beds. The bedrooms are also equipped with Air Conditioners.  The Whales View Apartment makes use of the two shared pools on the property.

The Property

Due to the fact that this apartment is situated on a 2500 sqm property with ten apartments as well as a huge garden and three swimming pools, you immediately get the “Small Boutique Resort” feeling.

What make this property unique is the fact that it is situated 800 meters from the Look-out Beach and 300 meters from the main hub of Plettenberg Bay with all the restaurants and shops. These are all within walking distance.

To keep the peaceful and tranquil ambiance we unfortunately do not allow any parties, loud music or events on the property.

This property is not a stand-alone house or flat in Plettenberg Bay. This property is part of 12 other apartments on one property and is therefore managed as a holiday destination with rules and regulations with the main goal to give our guests a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Guests Access

Free parking on site is available, please note that only one car per apartment is allowed.

We will personally receive guests and while handing you the keys, we will give you a 5 min orientation regarding the apartment and surroundings.
Guests will be able to utilize the entire apartment without interference from the main house on the property. The apartment is fully equipped as a self-catering unit.

A camping cot, baby chair and baby bath is available on request.

Other things to note

Once the guests have arrived, we will gladly inform them about good restaurants, beaches, shops doctors, hospitals and the 10 things that they must see or do before leaving town.

Guest will also find a once off complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and milk on arrival in the apartment.

Loud music / noise / events / parties / is strictly prohibited.

Please note that we are dog lovers and that we have 2 well behaved dogs on site and they love attention and like to play with children.
